At Sonas, we take a careful and responsible approach to every sheet, panel, and component we work with. Our production team plans all cutting, sawing, and shaping processes in advance using optimised layouts that maximise material yield and minimise offcuts. By mapping each project digitally before fabrication, we ensure every piece is used as efficiently as possible.

Any remaining offcuts are sorted and reused wherever suitable — whether for sampling, backing, internal components, or smaller custom elements — reducing unnecessary waste. Through this methodical approach, Sonas maintains high-quality production standards while operating with respect for both materials and the environment.
